The setups I include on this blog are used in conjunction with the 3/10macd and the criteria I ascribe to it as a way to alert me to an existing condition of price. The key concept to take away from this blog is that I try to anticipate what will happen on the higher time frame by using a faster time frame to trigger the trade setup. I previously posted regarding the higher time frame setups being very choppy.  I should have been more cognizant of the fact that we were oscillating tightly (coiling) in the upper portion of a range, and today we got the effect of that coiling:

Daily/weekly split.  High wave doji at double-top territory.  It either pops and runs, pops and fades, or just drops....I think I covered them all ;)
