The setups I include on this blog are used in conjunction with the 3/10macd and the criteria I ascribe to it as a way to alert me to an existing condition of price. The key concept to take away from this blog is that I try to anticipate what will happen on the higher time frame by using a faster time frame to trigger the trade setup. Tue 03_18

It's tought when there isn't a good signal to go off of, instead it's just gap, run a bit, then chop. IWM has given the better long setups so far (maybe the lack of short setups last week was a tell).

The other majors look much like the SPY below; where you just got an hour long range extension on the open and not much in between
